Does Rishabh Pant smoke?: No  He holds the record for the fastest 50 in the U19 World Cup history (18 balls) in 2016.  In 2016, Delhi Daredevils bought him for ?1.9 crore from a base price of ?10 lakhs.  In January 2019, Pant was named the ICC Emerging Player of the Year at the 2018 ICC Awards.  On 1 February 2016, during the tournament, he hit an 18-ball fifty, the fastest at this level.  In 2017, his father passed away due to a cardiac arrest, and just two days after cremating his father, he showed exemplary character by making 57 runs for Delhi Daredevils in an IPL match.  He made his Twenty20 International (T20I) debut for India in January 2017, his Test debut in August 2018, and his One Day International (ODI) debut in October 2018.  In 2018, he won the 'Emerging Player of the Season' award for his splendid performance in IPL 11 for Delhi Daredevils as he was the 2nd highest run-scorer in the tournament with 684 runs, hit the most number of 6s (37) and 4s (68) as well.  In December 2015, he was named in India's squad for the 2016 Under-19 Cricket World Cup.  When he started playing for the India-A team, its coach Rahul Dravid played a big role in grooming his batting skills as he used to spend long hours with Pant to improve his batting.  He is known to be a prankster yet an emotional person.  Rishabh Pant was born in Roorkee, Uttarakhand, India to Rajendra Pant and Saroj Pant.  Rishabh Pant is a professional Indian cricketer who plays for India, Delhi, and the Delhi Capitals in the Indian Premier League.  Does Rishabh Pant drink alcohol?: Not Known  According to his coach, Tarak Sinha, it was Ashish Nehra who had first discovered his ability to represent India player almost a decade before he represented India.
