Information about Jennifer Winget

Her debut film as a female lead was 'Phir Se' opposite Kunal Kohli. The film was slated to be released in the year 2015 but unfortunately, the film never got released on the big screens and was later released on the web in 2018.  Winget was initially dropped out of 'Saraswatichandra' due to some contract issues but she was later, called back to play the main lead as the production company couldn't find a suitable replacement.  Jennifer says that if not an actress, she would have been an air hostess.  Winget was ranked 21st in the 2012 Sexiest Asian Women list of the Eastern Eye.  In July 2017, she went bald using makeup, for a sequence in the TV show 'Beyhadh.'  Jennifer has starred in 'Akele Hum Akele Tum,' 'Raja Ki Aayegi Baraat,' 'Raja Ko Rani Se Pyar Ho Gaya,' and 'Kuch Naa Kaho' as a child artist.  Does Jennifer Winget drink alcohol?: Yes  She started acting at the age of 10 as a child actress.  In 2013, she played the role of 'Kumud' in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's 'Saraswatichandra' which was very much liked by the audience.  Jennifer met Karan (her ex-husband) for the first time on the sets of the TV serial, 'Kasautii Zindagii Kay' in 2005.  Jennifer was born to a Marathi Christian father and Punjabi Hindu mother.  Jennifer is very passionate about dogs.  She loves to shop her clothing and accessories from Doha and Qatar.  She was also included in the 'Television's Top 10 Actresses' list by Rediff and '35 Hottest Actresses in Indian Television' by 'MensXP.com.'  Jennifer has also hosted various reality TV shows like 'Dekh India Dekh,' 'Laughter Ke Phatke,' 'Zara Nach Ke Dikha 2,' 'Comedy Ka Maha Muqabala,' and 'Nachle Ve with Saroj Khan.'  Jennifer has featured in many popular Hindi TV serials including 'Kkusum,' 'Kasautii Zindagii Kay,' 'Karthika,' 'Kahin To Hoga,' 'Sangam,' and 'Dill Mill Gayye.'  In 2016, Jennifer appeared as a mysterious woman, 'Maya Mehrotra' in Sony TV's 'Beyhadh.'  Jennifer is often mistaken as a person of foreign origin due to her first name.  Jennifer prefers consuming vegetable juices in order to keep herself fit.  The couple started dating each other while shooting for the serial Dill Mill Gayye and married each other on 9 April 2012.  She has featured on the cover of the 'TMM' magazine.
